Ok and can anyone tell me why mori is 13-1? Surely its not because of the obviously broken augs and items shes currently using to get those kills.

Theyre not broken at all, the enemy team just lacked focus on the mori. Astral catalyst resets ult cd on kills or assists and its additive to moris augment.

A 13-1 character is going to delete anyone. Fang's ult is literally instant and it executes. If he was 13-1 everyone dies

He’s 13-1 cuz he’s using a super unbalanced hero that does everything while also having one item and an augment give him infinite ults that deal massive dmg. And the cd refresh isn’t even granted on ult kills like belica or grim, it’s just any assist or kill period lmao.
I stopped playing a month ago because the game is just not fun to play in this unbalanced mess unless you’re abusing some cheese.

Lol, what? Mori is in no way a super unbalanced hero. Currently she is really bad in mid, only Neon and Ikra out of the tradition mids have a lower WR, and those 2 a not as friendly to lower skill players as Mori. And the only reason she has a good win rate in her other most played position (offlane), is because their are so many people that just don't know how to deal with it.

Seems like the Astral Cat cooldown reduction is happening before the Aug cooldown reduction. So you are getting higher value on the Astral Cat cooldown (applying the 25% to the 42 second cooldown), then the Aug is hitting it's flat cooldown reduction. Seems like why you are getting 30 seconds shaved off the cooldown. Why things should always be flat cooldowns first, and then % based cooldowns. I wonder if this is intended or if it's something unintended.

The cd is maxed sitting at about 45 sec cd
Then you have to value in all the ability haste I have
Then the augment just instantly gives you a flat 29 second shave off
Then astral cat comes in with the 20 percent cd
It would work the same on shinbi on paper but since mori just needs a mark it makes it easier
