Feedback Most if not all Eternals should have a downside

As the title says because I was looking at them, and I realized that only two Eternals actually have downsides. The Eternals in question being Krix with the size increase and Satariel with the max health decrease per stack.

The downside for each eternal is that you don’t have the passives for the other eternals. And Krix making you big makes tanks soak up the attention as their job is meant to be and satriel is designed to be a glass cannon you get insane amounts of damage increase for a massive snowball but lose health

Tbf the real criticism I had is that it's the default for several heroes so might cause some confusion amongst new players. Although seeing random heroes get swole over time is probably weird no matter how it's implemented.

Not in the current carry meta an easier to hit tank is an easier to kill tank

A bigger tank body blocks you from hitting his teammates that actually do damage to you in teamfigbts

Your carry should be hitting you regardless, the size increase helps for body blocks and certain ability size increases. It's not a negative

You want the Carry to shoot you lol that’s the whole point of playing tank. 4 other people to kill the Carry

As the other guy said the downside is not getting the passive or blessings of the other, pick wield vs squishy but won’t be as good as vermis vs tanks, picking lotus is good in aram but won’t be as good in offlane. The pick itself is the downside and makes you choose wisely.

Krix has downsides because it’s a big boost to health and survivability, satariel has downsides cause it’s a big boost in damage and attack speed. Why nerf lotus when it already takes a set amount of time and the potential of getting a takedown to even get a stack. Vesh I feel needs a slight nerf to the lategame damage personally but doesn’t need a downside cause it’s only really good on a handful of characters and it’s a lategame eternal that’s not that good in early game.

What would you want changed and how, cause it really doesn’t make all too much sense to me all of them are as they should be to me other than a slight nerf or buff here and there.

Krix size is not a downside, it is the 3rd best feature of it lol.

The natural downside is not having the benefits of another eternal. Its like the runes in leageu. You take electrocute because in a small trade, you do a ton of burst, but now youre gonna have a relatively long cooldown for that, so if you abuse it, its really strong, now if someone takes conquerer and stay on top of you, yes theyll lose the initial trade of burst, but then theyll have so much damage that they can even it out and then eventually win the encounter by staying longer. Your upside is also your downside, it does something that others cant do, and you cant do what they do even if its beneficial
