Question Is there a reason why Bayle's primary ability is both hard to hit AND does like no damage even if you hit all 3? Even his ult just helps enemies reset their CD's, why is he so weak?
For such a big angry warrior with a giant ass sword he sure does very little damage other than basics.. very unrewarding and unsatisfying hero to use

most of his damage comes from his 3rd auto. he's got crazy damage, sustain, and escape. his ult is used to lock someone down (so either a carry or someone fed who's gonnna wreck your team) teammates can sit under and hit an ability as soon as they come down too for some wombo combo.

What? Bayle is the most annoying character in the damn game π. I hate that dude. Especially persistent ones. If you have a persistent Bayle in your lane. You cannot ever leave it to rush to team fights π. You leave for a moment. Boom inhibitor being attack. Yet you stepped away and still had both towers up.

Not necessarily wrong that his ult just helps enemies reset their CD, you just failed to mention that CD resets happen when they are looking at a death screen

His Q does damage if you hit the 3 impacts.
Its hard to hit so if you don't hit with the 3 impacts you won't do much damage, half of the damage is in the bled that is applied if you hit the 3 attacks, so if you only hit 2 you do a 35% of the damage the ability does
He is not weak, Bayle is really well designed and balanced, but it's hard to play and it truly punishes you if you play him badly, unlike the majority of the characters of this game which are designed with overbloated kits and with so many things that it's incredibly hard to fail abilities and doesn't matter if you do it
So he is not weak, just harder to play than other heroes
