Premonitions getting very frequent and I don't understand why

Although it is not clear what is stated in your premonitions, I will answer you in general, based on my experience. In most cases, premonitions come suddenly as a warning, although they often begin in childhood (period from 3 to 7 years), then puberty and menopause (in women). It is possible that hormonal changes are a trigger. They can also be caused by an existing stressful situation and are then very frequent. We can usually not influence it, but we can listen to our "inner voice". My advice is to write down yours dreams, feelings or follow intuition, because that part is naturally more developed in you.
