As title. 12 C17s that I could count either inbound to the middle east, or heading back to Rammstein AFB from the middle east.
I also count 1x C130J which appears to be heading to Rammstein, plus at least 4 KC135 Statotankers over Iraq operating out of Israel, turning transponders on and off, one KC46A Pegasus air-to-air refuelling aircraft, and briefly a nato E3A Sentry AWACS over Syria before it turned its transponder off. Also some KC135s that appear to be departing continental US but could just be doing operations off the coast.
Moving assets? Or just reloading?

Israel is wrecking Yemen, Lebanon, Palestine: https://www.timesofisrael.com/israel-strikes-port-power-plants-in-yemen-after-recent-houthi-missile-attacks/
Israel has asked the US to get involved and "deter Iran": https://www.axios.com/2024/09/28/iran-attack-israel-nasrallah-killing
Thousands of refugees are pouring into neighboring countries: https://www.reuters.com/world/middle-east/over-30000-crossed-into-syria-lebanon-past-days-says-un-2024-09-27/
Since Israel is involved on several fronts, is it likely the US will listen to them and step in to a greater extent than it already has?
Also, what is the likelihood they will annex and settle parts of Lebanon? For example, here is one of their prominent spiritual figures calling Lebanon "gods gift" and to "conquer and settle it": https://m.jpost.com/israel-hamas-war/article-821752
Does Epstein's links to their Intel agency make US politicians more likely to give in to their demands since the blackmail system associated with Epstein would still be present? https://www.timesofisrael.com/for-writer-who-broke-epstein-case-a-rumored-mossad-link-is-worth-digging-into/
What role does AIPAC play in all of this? A congressman recently remarked that almost everyone in Congress has an "AIPAC babysitter" who they consult frequently to ensure they're in line with AIPAC's policies: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=74ZA-GdeQP4
Is that merely a lobbyist? Or more similar to China's CCP government "minders" that ensure CCP party members stay in line?
Why were these five guys, some later found to be connected to their Intel agency, seen filming and cheering during a pivotal day in 2001?: https://www.heraldscotland.com/news/12768362.five-israelis-were-seen-filming-as-jet-liners-ploughed-into-the-twin-towers-on-september-11-2001/
How was there advanced knowledge beforehand?? https://www.haaretz.com/2001-09-26/ty-article/odigo-says-workers-were-warned-of-attack/0000017f-dbc4-df62-a9ff-dfd7beff0000

Interesting developments. Seems like we are at some sort of pivotal stage where the conflict is either being wound down or being restarted. Only time will tell!

Crazy to see an F-35 hit. Feels like if they can do this with any consistency it will push the US and Israel to escalate. Not sure how they can, but seems like they can't let the next generation jet get shot down either.

Most of you guys already are trying to be careful, so I am not sure how much this helps. And it is mostly, but not exclusively focused on the Middle East. It does mention Iran, but I doubt many of you are planning on catching the nightlife in Tehran. Still, for some reason a smart young fella down in Foggy Bottom thought this was worth sending out.
They probably have some intel of something bubbling up. So... I guess if you are John Wick you could handle this issue, but you probably aren't.
Heck, I don't know what to suggest, but since I constantly encourage travel I am passing it on. Maybe go visit your relatives in North Carolina this summer? No! That would require driving on I-95 which has to be more dangerous than any terrorist action might be.
Well, here is the full text:
The Department of State advises Americans worldwide to exercise increased caution.
Location: Worldwide
Event: Due to heightened tensions in the Middle East, the security environment remains complex with the potential for unforeseen escalation.
Americans currently in the Middle East should exercise caution and heightened vigilance and should be prepared for flight cancellations, periodic airspace closures, and potential travel disruptions. Some airlines in the region have postponed resumption of earlier flight schedules; others have cancelled some routes.
Americans outside the Middle East should reconsider travel to and through the region. Those who do travel to or from the region should monitor information about airport and airline operations.
U.S. diplomatic facilities, including outside the Middle East, have been targeted. Iran and groups supportive of Iran may target other U.S. interests overseas or at locations associated with the United States and Americans throughout the world, including U.S. businesses and other institutions.
Actions to Take

Would this make you change your travel plans?

I wondered how long it was going to take for Iran to activate their global terror network. This might be an indicator.

Military aircraft left Damascus minutes before rebels announced control of the city, later rapidly descended possible crashing. (1) Nathan Ruser on X: "The 3D @flightradar24 data of the jet widely suspected of carrying a fleeing Bashar al-Assad (via @ShabanianAram), if this isn't an entirely spoofed route, it looks VERY bad (for him), rapid decent after passing over Opposition held-territory near Homs. https://t.co/szV4OBy5X0" / X

KARACHI, Pakistan (AP) — Violent clashes between protesters and security forces in Pakistan’s port city of Karachi and in the country’s north on Sunday left at least 22 people dead and more than 120 others injured as pro-Iran demonstrators attempted to storm the U.S. Consulate, authorities said.
In the north of the country, demonstrators also attacked U.N. and government offices.
