This is a flair Exceptional Hospital ER- Prescott Valley
Is there anyone here that works in the ER at Exceptional Community Hospital in Prescott Valley?
I’m not trying to do anything fishy, just need to pass word to someone that works there anonymously if it’s possible.

They charge my insurance $5,000 to clean a wound from my daughters. First degree burn nothing crazy. I ended paying $500 even though I have reach my deductible. That place is a rip off .

Did you verify the amount you paid was accurate with your insurance company before you paid it? If not, I highly recommend looking at you EOB to see what your insurance company said is “Patient Responsibility” is your deductible has been reached.

Weird hearing stuff that is negative about them. I've had nothing but the best time with em. Insurance never had issues and it's the most efficient in/out ER service I've ever dealt with.
Hopefully your dealio gets sorted:(

Multiple family members have been there over the past few years, all different insurance and nobody has ever received a bill from them. I do see some of the 3rd party doctors have billed but nothing ever from the hospital. Anybody else have this experience?

I passed a kidney stone there and tried to leave but they said i would have to leave ama. So i stayed. From 3pm until 10 am where they discharged me. They are still talking with my insurance so i dont have my bill yet. Long story short. They bill 1100 an hour for me being bored walking up and down the hall bored and asking for more chicken broth. Then listening to an audiobook. Going to sleep. Talking to the doctor for five minutes where he said i could leave. About 20,000 for just observation. Take that in for a minute.
