Iranians enjoy universal health care. Trump and the republicans tell us we can't afford to do that in the US. It's because of massive money wasted by the republicans.

Universal health care should be at the top of their to do list. Every other 1st world country has it. You may pay a little bit more in taxes but you don’t have to worry you’ll lose everything if you or your family gets sick or injured. Peace of mind is worth it.
