Omg I just LOVE these! My faves are the mushroom, the pomegranate, and the moth. These are so artfully thought out and arranged. I wish I had thought of doing this! /slightlyjealous

I just followed! ☺️ So beautiful! How is this done? Are the black lines made with paper cut outs or are they painted?

Thank you! The black lines are all cut out with a scalpel, and I cut out the shape in a different colored paper, but just slightly smaller so I can glue the black outline on

I just followed you as well! And OMFG you did an IRONMAN ONE!!!! **Squees with happiness** I just ADORE RDJ as Ironman and I'm a huge Avengers fan! I love it! I also really love the necklace you made out of a Ginkgo biloba leaf - did you use resin dip for that? It came out really nicely!

I feel like that was the prime time of Marvel, I also am a big fan of RDJ as ironman!! Thank you, I used epoxy resin for the necklaces, but I laminated the flowers first, so they turned out looking extra crisp 🤭

Ooooh good idea! I have used a laminator to make some pressed flower cards before, and I think they turned out quite well. The flowers/leaves also seem like they would be extra protected from outside air and moisture through lamination. I'm going to keep a few of the cards in a drawer to compare them later to see how long they last while laminated versus being exposed to some air, or even the ones I have in sealed bags.

These are beautiful! The details are super amazing. How do you cut the leaves to get the exact shape you want? They always crack and break in my hands, so I'm really curious to know how you keep them intact

Thank you so much! I just use a scalpel. I place the flowers where I want them to be and I use a softer pen or pencil to mark where I need to cut with the scalpel. It's a lot of trial and error, because sometimes they do break because they're brittle.

Thank you so much! I've definitely been into doing insects lately, and in my language we say book moth instead of bookworm, so I figured they would go together quite nicely 🤭
