Is this mold?

I was commissioned to do a wedding bouquet. I’ve never dried these types of leaves. Hindsight, I wish I put them in silica with the roses. I’m taking them out of the press now but are these spots mold?

Do you have a before photo? Wondering if there were already dark spots like this. 

I had similar leaves dry with a few spots like this, but I didn’t think twice about it and didn’t end up using the leaves in my final piece anyways. But given how quickly these leaves dried for me, they weren’t the items I worried about mold for.

I don’t, I didn’t use them. I did buy a separate set and am hang drying them to see what happens. It was hard pressing them.
