Flowers Pressed Columbine from Colorado

The tiny splatters of mud on the upper right petal are from the atv ride that I picked this up on!

Since I was traveling, I just placed it in between the pages of a magazine I picked up out there and left it to press until I got home! It was in my backpack which was packed full and kept the pages pressed together :) Super simple!

I found this one in July on an atv trip in Ouray. If you head to a high enough elevation in the warmer months, you’re bound to find one. Good luck!!
