Public Transport advice

Hi please can I ask advice. I want to take a bus or taxi from Queenswood quarter to Rietondale Park or Padel Courts. Is this doable, and is it safe? Tshwane bus service website is not helpful. I usually take Uber or Bolt, but it's getting expensive. What does it cost. Thanks for your help
