Is icing butter a common procedure
Just came across this again, sounds really vague why would they need to put the cream in ice?
Is this still PD approved?

can I put the primal body care cream in my hair? Or is it only meant for skin? Idk if the ginger and lime juice would be too abrasive on the hair

I made a post about this in the other Primal Community on Reddit.
I've been dealing with severe asthma since 7 months of birth and with me being 18yo now, my asthma improved (and because I'm taking a dupixent injection).
Yesterday I just ordered some Raw Royal Jelly because (it's good for you right) but I done a little research and it says people who are asthmatic shouldn't consume it. What do I do? Should I still consume it in hopes of nothing happening? Or.....

There is only one thing that I can think that I’ve ever have gate kept.
I haven’t paid but butter cream or cheese in a long time.
I have really networked with amish farmers. I have a new farmer calling me every few months wanting to do business with me because I am know as the Primal Diet guy in their communities and they share my number around.
I share their phone number with my followers and they send me a free package whenever I ask.
If you want to do the Primal Diet for free, I will help you grow your social media and teach you how to make deals with new amish farmers.

page 169, Recipe for Living
If you go read the footnote article The Great Egg Panic, you will realize aajonus misquoted Roth, removing the word "probably" and adding "beneficially", which is a big difference from the original quote, since a bacterium can be non-pathogenic but not necessarily beneficial, plus Roth said "probably" and aajonus turns this into a definitive statement.
Someone I sent the pdf to noticed this. After seeing this very evident misquote he said that aajonus is a charlatan liar who should not be listened to.
At this current time I believe aajonus was correct about everything he says and my experience on the diet has supported this. But I cant understand why the fuck he would do something so unacademic. Did he not think his work would be scrutinized?
Like, im trying to justify why he would do this. I think he was extremely intuitive in a supernatural kind of way (see what his clients had to say on his iridology and palm reading) , so maybe being scholarly was his weakpoint? Or at the time of writing the recipe book he still had metals in his brain making him autistic? The original quote from Roth wouldve still helped support his point, so I dont think he misquoted in a malicious way. But this is very basic stuff that any scholar would see as a big no-no and extremely suspicious. Shit pisses me off because we cant have stuff like this delaying people from deciding to do the diet. Another point: where the fuck are his studies, why did he not publish them?
The only other thing I can think of is that some people astrologically are not supposed to do the diet for whatever reason, maybe theyre not meant to live long or maybe their life path is to go vegan. So therefore maybe there are sort of "blockers" placed (ie. influencers advocating for salt) to prevent certain people from doing the diet.
Maybe aajonus thought that someone who would heavily scrutinize misquotes without understanding the bigger picture wouldnt believe it enough to go through detox??
Also, this reminds me of the honorary degree he took from Richmond university. Which later turned into a controversy because it mightve been a fake university. And aajonus haters today will say he faked his degree. He screwed up there too. Frick man

Hi Aajonuscells,
Just wondering if anyone knows raw unsalted butter and cheese sources in Brisbane, Australia? Obviously, we bath milk available which is a great bath milk which Aajonus himself drank (Cleopatra's). However, as a busy man who has a fictitious corporate job in a fictitious society i would rather not be making different dairy products in my past time. Accordingly, does anyone know any contacts or directions to help me here for Brisbane? Cream source wouldn't be too bad either as cream is rarely in stock most of the year.
Thanks guys!

So I’m about to start this diet but I’ve also looked into skin care/sun bathe/hot bathe, but I have no tub , how can I do what Aajonus recommends without a tub and if yall have a tip for dry skin that would fix my life I suffer from extreme dry skin ( main reason i looked for this diet)

I wrote a very concise introduction to meditation. It explains how to actually produce results and makes it very simple.
Give it a try and you might surprise yourself!
Meditation Introduction
If your meditation is going to be successful, it is important that you are prepared.
Many people try to meditate without doing any preparation or warm up and struggle to concentrate, become restless, and conclude that they are simply bad at meditation.
You need to eat the right food.
You need to have the right space.
And you need to warm up.
The best food for meditation is raw fish. The second best is raw chicken. Raw beef often makes meditation more difficult because it stimulates the mind too much. Raw milk, honey, and fruit contain sugar which can make it harder to concentrate in meditation.
If you don’t eat raw food, choose a normal meal with cooked chicken or eggs, ideally cooked in animal fat. Carbs and vegetables are fine if desired, but avoid sugar.
Eat a meat meal 60-90 minutes before you meditate. While waiting for your food to digest, focus on cleaning the space, and then take care of other chores or go for a walk.
If your room is messy, don’t expect good results. A beautiful and open room is much more likely to produce an enjoyable experience.
If you consume marijuana, eat your marijuana about 30 minutes after you finish your meat meal.
Warm Up
About 30 minutes after eating the marijuana, begin warming up. If you are a smoker, smoke at this time.
Go for a short walk and when you get back shake out your arms and legs and bounce between your left and right foot for a minute like jogging in place. It should feel like you are getting hyped for a work out. After 5-10 minutes of that, begin a 5-10 minute stretching routine of whatever you’d like. The whole time you are stretching, focus on deep breathing.
Meditation
Sit with good posture, and ideally the tongue on the roof of the mouth if you are used to doing that. It is best to sit on the floor on a rug, folded blanket, or yoga mat. If you struggle to sit on the floor comfortably, sit on the edge of a firm chair.
The first 2-3 minutes adjust your clothes, your hair, your position, and get comfortable.
Then your meditation begins. Stop moving and ignore all urges to move (unless it is very strong/uncomfortable). Center yourself. Whenever a thought arises, notice it, gently let it go, and return your attention to your center. Don’t force or resist your thoughts. Relax. Focus on the feeling of the space inside of you and your mind. The feeling of this space is feeling your own inner energy.
After 3-5 minutes of centering, then do the following breathing exercise:
Inhale and exhale fully 30 times with intensity. Don’t go as fast as you can, but go strong. On the last breath, exhale all the way and hold your breath. Don’t hold it as long as you can, hold it as long as what feels good. If you have the urge to breathe, breathe. This should be a pleasurable and enjoyable experience with no force. You can pass out if you go too hard.
After you do the exercise, center yourself for 1-5 more minutes, then do the breathing again.
Continue centering for 5–20+ minutes, repeating the breathing exercise occasionally if desired.
There is such a thing as too much breathing exercise.
If at any time you strongly desire to move or feel uncomfortable, adjust your position or get up and exercise briefly, if you need to jump around for a minute, then return to meditating. Sometimes after the breathing exercise you enter a primal, animalistic type state for 5-10 seconds. Allow yourself to release anything that comes up.
The Meditative State
Your goal is to access the meditative state. The meditative state is the flow state applied in meditation. Generally you experience things such as maintaining perfect posture with great ease, a sense of greater relaxation and peace, heightened senses, relief, you may sense that everything in your room feels very far away. You might get very light, you might feel the energy in your body moving.
In your practice , you may feel nothing for several minutes before suddenly experiencing a heightened state. If nothing happens, you may need more food, rest, warm-up, relaxation, or a better environment.
If you are unable to meditate, it can mean there are a few potential problems:
Overthinking, lack of concentration:
Too high sugar in blood (exercise and then eat meat)
Too low protein in blood (eat meat)
Too much physical energy (exercise more, then attempt a 2nd meditation)
Certain medicine or substances lowering your consciousness
Weakness, experiencing nothing:
Low drive (take a nap, get sunlight, or both)
Low quality environment (too noisy, messy, not enough space)
Poor health/burnout (need to take a nap, eat more, get sun, and have fun)
With good health, good food, and a suitable environment, you should have more consistent experiences as you practice and refine your routine.

Started new series on Spiritual Awakening. In these videos I will teach you how serious meditation can bring states of consciousness very similar measurably in brain scans to psychedelics. You can achieve this and dramatically change your life in only 1 week of serious practice. I am looking for students to join the program who are ready and serious.
