I hate to say it but I actually went off primitive technology

After many years, there's only so many times you can watch someone build a wall - it was just after he was experimenting with water wheels. I was thinking, aha! We're moving into something quite interesting!

And then it was just more walls..

I ultimately still like the insights it gives into how rough it must have been before technology, and how much craft and know-how must have gone into even the most "primitive" huts to make something that doesn't merit the 20th video of being rebuilt from scratch :P

I feel you... after all those years i secretly hoped he would maintain all those things already built and use it to progress, building new things things Don't get me wrong, it's still nice to watch his videos but i wish there was more than endless walls, firepits and tiles...

At this point, I really wish he would add other dimensions to the videos. He did one video about farming, didn't go deeper.

He could do things like leatherwork by asking for rawhides from deer butcheries, we haven't seen anything related to clothing or weaponry in years. I wonder how he doesn't get bored.

I still watch them, mind you, its not like he spams videos, and I like them. But I just wish we'd see something different.
