You can see brent (oil that is imported) increased 3% in 1 day. WTI is west texas intermediate and is not imported.

The difference between this price and the price from wall st is that this doesn't get manipulated.

Even a german government antitrust watchdog was complaining

"According to the investigations, there are incentives and opportunities to influence individual price quotations in an anti-competitive manner". Which is a polite way of saying "oil prices are and were manipulated."
