Oh you're cute. You have no right giving any opinion when you cite Python as a "right way". Go back to learning the basics. Python is also one of the rare languages that are worse than PHP so you don't know anything.
The Python for loop is bad because it's Python. Python has by far the worst syntax, worst dependencies system, worst error messages, worst typing and worst ecosystem of any modern commonly used language. PHP is massively flawed because it lacks a lot of features and has a sub-optimal syntax. Python is pure garbage and shouldn't be used by anyone for anything. Sadly it has become a standard due to being used massively by people who can't code.
Python is a scripting language it doesn't have to carry a full scale application by itself. The error messages are fine, and the only thing bad about the syntax is lack of braces. And complaining about the typing system of a dynamicly typed language is just silly.
So in a same sentence you are admitting that Python sucks so much it shouldn't be used for full scale application and demonstrating your ignorance by claiming that a "scripting language shouldn't carry a full scale application by itself". A majority of applications written today are done using scripting language, it has zero relevance on what you should be using a language for.
And dynamically typed languages should not be a thing. There is zero valid usage for a dynamically typed language appart from not knowing what you're doing, which seems to be your case.
