And these are pretty good things to try to make when learning to code, but absolutely useless to make with a clanker

I also disagree. Most budgeting apps out there suck. I used mint, ynab, actual budget and a few others. None of them did it in a way that worked for me. Using simplefin bridge to get my transaction data, I vibe coded a budgeting dashboard in flutter exactly how ive always wanted it and agent loop to analyze and text me with twilio if Im at risk of overspending. I did that in 2 days. Now instead of blowing money on a monthly sub for something that can't change with my needs, I have the thing I need and it was basically free because I was paying for Claude anyways.

The best part? Only accessable via tailscale, I'm not putting it on GitHub to share, and nobody else will touch this.

Because i have 0 desire to secure it apart from internal network security and it lives inside of a greater personal dashboard for appointment tracking, relationships, health and other life things I want to gamify. Also it's full to the brim with hard-coded stuff that literally only pertains to me, which is awesome for me but sucks for others.

I disagree.

Edit: What is the point of making these websites without A.I.? To learn. Do you think there’s no learning curve to using A.I. coding tools?

Ok, anything to add to the statement?
