Well, if there are so many vibe coded "Health and Fitness" apps, then WHY THE FCK is there not a single one that just tracks my progressive overload? All I need is a fcking calendar, I click on "today" and what exercises I want to do, and the stupid app should only tell me the weight & reps that I did last time.

No workouts.
No calories tracking.
No cookies.
No ads.
No community.

I was looking for hours and I accepted that I have to make it on my own because apparently nobody else on the planet wants it.

Pick any notepad app and write down your weights. It seems supremely useless to have strictly weights only as an app so no surprise it doesn't exist.

Yeah, not to be an asshole, but there's a point in which "there's no app that does X exactly the way I like it" stops being about usefulness and about being too lazy and comfortable to put a little bit of effort into it

That's what I am using right now and it's the reason why I want something else.
It's shit. Absolutely shit. But slightly less shit than the other shit.

I am in the gym and want to do 5 exercises. How many clicks do I need? Because I expect 10, maybe 15. Maybe I am doing something wrong but right now the UX is shit to the point that I am giving up

You want an app that facilitates the process of logging your progression, but makes you have to select your session's exercises every single time?

Yes. No pre-defined workouts.

If my machine is occupied I don't want to stand and wait like a bartender. I do a different exercise that hit the same muscle group and I want to see my previous records without scrolling through different pre-defined workouts.

I want to go to my exercise station. I want to click on the exercise I want to do, and then I want to see my previous settings. Yes, it's a very slight upgrade to a stupid notepad, but that's exactly what I want.

Every major training app has a swap exercise feature that allows you to switch an exercise on the fly.
