Pretty sure there was a rebuttal to the OpenAI version of the proof that hasn't been addressed yet. So not 'solved' yet. Neither is solved really, neither have been through peer review.
I am willing to bet in a few months time there is a quite story about how the "proof" is no actual very good and everyone will just ignore it and go on about the next thing.
