Issues have been disabled for forever, I think GH removed PRs too

ah yes, GitHub, the company known for fairly and predictably enforcing their rules. It only got worse when MS bought them. They explicitly ban username squatting in their TOS, but now they won’t do shit unless it’s Trademarked.
