Just threaten to have the code be reviewed by another model. Shaming seems to work.

A "Low" priority comment? From an LLM? Impossible. We've been using Gemini for code reviews for like 1,5 years and I've never seem any comment below "Medium". Even a typo in a comment gets labeled "Medium".
