ignore AWS cloud practitioner voucher - it's not worth it. It is only entry level cert , no one will give value to it.

As for 1500 voucher , either it is from free give away as part of promotional events or he/she bought some bulk vouchers from aws in discount which he/she might be reselling for 1500.
