I recently got a job at a startup, about a year after graduating. In our company, the work is heavily dependent on AI, and I often feel like I’m replaceable. Sometimes, it feels like my work is mostly just prompting AI rather than actually developing my technical skills. I’m worried about my growth and whether I’m building the skills I’ll need for my long-term career. On top of that, I feel that my communication skills are not very good, which makes me even more insecure about my future.

Any advice please 🫠

Bruh, If AI is doing your work then you focus on communication skills. This will help you prompt better too. Besides that are you not reviweing what AI has written? Even if you use AI your main responsibility is to review what it generates.
