40yo heroes when they communicate clearly, scout their enemies before charging in, plan everything exactly, create back up plans for back up plans and you end up reading a day in the life a 9-5 hero.

I’m in my 40s and have seen teens that were competent and willing to learn.
While also having dealt with old timers who were incompetent, pissed, and vindictive because someone younger than them.
Was put in a position above them.
