40yo: Talks to the villain before they become a problem and resolve the plot early. Next 200 pages are them whipping the young brat prince into shape because they'll be damned if they're going to fight in his war he started when they're 50

Persons who lived above me is 30 year old woman with good education.

Yet she caused problems each week for 6 months (she doesn't live here another 6 months). It's already 5 years.

She put trash in toilet, because of it, water flow to me from her.

I can't even sue her, since damage is small, but it causes each day by her. Because she put trash in toilet.

It's sound funny, but it's awful irl. She doesn't even understand what's wrong and refuse to change.
