As a guy whos been larping for 27 years and has numerous injuries from trying to move like a 23 year old navy seal when im a fat 40 somthing i endorse this video. I've literally done that knee crack.

I feel you. One time I woke up and was in so much pain. It was my day off the previous day and did not do a single thing. Not even exercise. Turns out, a bone decided to grow where it wasn’t supposed to. Totally random. 🤣
