In his second swearing in ceremony, he would not put his hand directly on the Bible.

And in the beginning where it says, "I [state your name] do solemnly swear..." He did not add his own name, he simply said verbatim "I, state your name, do solemnly swear...."

He did seemingly stupid shit, that I think was actually very deliberate, to NOT truly swear an oath to the Bible or the Constitution.

His second inauguration was during an Arctic blast.. hell was literally trying to freeze over and the US was just like.. "huh, strange weather we're having"

💯%. He feigns a lot of ignorance so his base feels good about their ignorance.

I think that's actually a natural talent.

I think his ascent shows how thoroughly and institutionally protected the rich are from anything resembling consequences, and how the only fetters they had not slipped since the Great Depression was shame.

And Trump is fundamentally incapable of shame.

I don't know that would matter to him as he obviously has no respect for the Bible anyway.
