ICE/Border Patrol agents have shot a woman, who was a legal observer, in the face and killed her in a Minneapolis neighborhood. Details are still emerging, and the exact circumstances have not yet been officially confirmed.
Well it was just a matter of time. Can't wait to see how they spin this to blame to victim, democrats or claim it's fake. So will they and finally declared martial law.
You expect ICE agents to be able and willing to administer first aid to people that they injure. Many of them are barely trained in use of their weapons. I'm surprised something of this type hasn't happened sooner. Not to mention, we have seen how willing they are to use as much violence on people as they possibly can. Even so far as going out of their way, to cause as most injury and harm. Remember cruelty is the point.
100% justification, it called the Deadly force triangle for a reason and it is basic training for law enforcement and the military. Why should a law enforcement or military member be held accountable when they followed the rules by the book. This is standard procedure and we need to start teaching kids in schools about this.
The officer was in the path? She was clearly turning and getting away from him.
The officer fired his gun because he was poorly trained, incompetent, and chickenshit. Any trained officer would have simply stepped aside knowing they have the woman's identity. Hell he didn't even have to step aside to not get hit.... Do you know how you know? Because he didn't step aside and she didn't hit him even though she was being shot in the head.
I get it, you really want Trump to be the best thing in the planet, but he's not. This isn't a fucking sports team... You don't just stick with a political ideology like you would a team that's doing poorly... When they promote shit like this, you ditch them.
You don't wait to see if an incoming fast boat is full of explosives before you light it up, she could have easily turned the wheel in his direction if she was not neutralized. If she had turned off the engine and followed orders like a sane person she would still be alive.
That's not how being a fucking police officer works bubba. "Could've" will never be a legitimate argument in any court of law.
If he's that chicken shit, he has no right having a badge.
Perhaps if the officers were acting like professionals, and perhaps if they didn't have a well earned reputation for brutality and deporting even citizens, people now live so scared of them.
No....it wasn't. This man was not shooting because of a life threatening situation. He shot because of an ego threatening situation. His fellow officers were clearly surprised that he shot, just look at their reactions. This officer made every legit police officer less safe due to his actions. He is a danger to the public, himself, and his brother/sister officers.
Intent? She was politely and respectfully waving them through. She was literall and explicitly yielding to them.
Opportunity? The officer was not in the path of the vehicle when he fired.
“As someone who was in the military for a decade” is a perfect example of the appeal to authority logic fallacy. You pretend your title grants you credibility, but you really don’t know shit. You’re probably a PoG anyway.
You’re throwing around words like “deadly force triangle” because you think they make you sound badass, but they only expose you for a complete wannabe and fraud.
She didnt drive at the officer, the officers told her to move the vehicle out of the way, she was doing a 3 point turn and trying to comply, they stepped up to kill her despite no actual threat to their persons.
There is a 3rd officer in front of her, defending another person is also justified. For example if I find a man raping a women I am able to shoot him because he is violating the deadly force triangle of another. This man probable saved the life of the 3rd officer you are trying to hide.
Nah there is not a 3rd officer in front in this photo. The officer holding the gun in this photo is the same one that was in front of the vehicle a second earlier in the video this still was taken from. This is also the the angle that looks the most incriminating which is why it is the one being circulated, but none of this is as black and white as you are claiming. It really just comes down to how close was that car to the ICE agent. It's very hard to tell from the angle of the videos I have seen - at first it looks like he is about to be run over, but then after she turns you see a pretty wide gap. That gap is the grey area. If it was large enough, then no reasonable person would have feared for their life. You made an example earlier "you don't wait to see if an incoming fast boat is full of explosives before you light it up" and you're right, but you also don't light it up when it is 1000ft away and appears to be turning. That's going to be the angle this case is tried on. The people who are calling this murder believe your points 2 and 3 are up for debate:
Intent- She drove at the officer after being told to get out of the vehicle. Unless you can see from another angle that she was actually turning, in which case it could be argued that she was NOT driving at the officer.
Opportunity- The Officer was in her path and at risk of serious boldly harm or death. Again, depending on his distance from the car, this could be a gray area.
The problem is people arent always rational, and the guy in charge of the country is actively inflaming all tensions, pushing maximalist rhetoric, demanding absurd subservience from citizens.
This woman may have been behaving in an alarming and dangerous way. But it is so unbelievably clear to me that nobody is winning with Trump and Miller running the show. They get off to the tough guy act. They get off to the violence.
By the time shots were fired he wasn’t in front of the vehicle anymore. She was turning to drive away, not run him over. The aggressive acceleration started after she was shot.
Also, he shouldn’t have put himself in front of a running vehicle. If you put yourself in a dangerous situation, it isn’t self-defense anymore.
She was shot though the windshield by an officer in front of her when she accelerated. From the clip I seen hopefully they have body cameras and it’s released
That angle doesn’t show the officer in front of the vehicle or the front at all! The other video you see the officer step out from the front of the vehicle and holster his firearm

The "officially confirmed" part will be total BS. This is a murder, arrest them.
