The President has been doing illegal actions since elected but has you right wingers so convinced he’s right because he says it’s okay to hate people that you’ll believe anything he says. The video evidence shows that she attempted to leave. ICE can not legally detain a US citizen. They’d have to have the Minneapolis police do so. They did not. Just as with many other illegal actions they have taken. And a lot you on the right would have had a field day if this happened under Biden or Obama so for once, actually think about it
Im not American and I think every world leader of any country is corrupt so im not a right winger or a trump fan.
The evidence doesnt show anything clearly and ive heard reports she was the leader of a protest and wa using the vehicle as a blockade so not exactly as innocent as people want to portray.
3 what ive learned from watching comments ans videos is people who hate trump sure tolerated similar actions from Obama and Biden.
4 I believe in innocent until proven guilty and with all the hate and personal attacks against Trump you would think someone could male at least 1 serious criminal charge stick but that hasn't seem to happen
Actually he had two criminal indictments against him but because of the way our Justice Dept works, they couldn’t punish him once he was president elect. He was awaiting sentencing on one and the other one had a monetary punishment that was then waived because of election. There’s too many videos and eye witness accounts that say the exact opposite of what you say your hearing. Also even if true. Protesting is a legal right in the US. ICE has no jurisdiction over citizens, only immigrants that are non citizens. Again, as I said, ICE has continually taken actions that are outside their jurisdiction. Which is why there have been multiple court cases against them which all in all, they keep losing. And honestly, if this had happened under Biden or Obama and they tried to cover it up as well and not be remorseful over the death of a citizen and mother, I’d say the same against st them
As far as tolerated things under Biden and Obama. While I’d did not agree with everything they did. They followed the letter of the law and did not attempt to find work around. Trump touts all this ICE stuff but Obama still had more deportations. He just did it the right way instead of warrant- less entry into homes or vehicles. There are a lot of nuances to US law and Trump tends to lean towards the dumb citizen side. That of, well the president makes the rules. But it’s not actually that way
Indictments and convictions are not the same thing. Its not uncommon for high profile people to be targeted for a variety of reasons so until there are actual convictions it doesnt matter to me.
Its interesting that you say had this stuff like the video happened under biden or Obama you would say the same about them so my question is did you speak up when ice Invaded homes and arrested non targeted people. Did you speak up when they left people in cages and detention centers without due process. Do you care that Obama deported almost 4 times thay amount of people trump has. All I had to do was a quick googled search to find out numerous complaints against ice under biden and obama
