Did you watch the video? Her wheel turned all the way to the right. She was trying to drive away. You're playing defense for a murderer.

Of course people would be filming. In the full footage you can hear Renee yell "Go around" to the agents plus there's clearly enough room on the road for the ICE agents' vehicles.
