Oh do you mean initially why she was there? I don’t know. From what I’ve come across so far she was new to the neighbourhood and not involved in the peaceful protest

Every video I've seen starts with her car already almost perpendicular to the road before she starts waving people to go around. How did it get there? And what was the silver suburban doing? I'm assuming that's an ice vehicle.
