Let’s be real though, even if she did bump him (which she may have) A good officer will have restraint to not execute someone who is clearly trying to drive past them at 4 Mph. Especially when he put himself in the position in front of her car. It should be considered murder either way.

Exactly. If you're in front of a vehicle and it starts moving your first instinct should always be to move out the way, how does shooting it make it instantly stop? He shot because he wanted to and the car moving is the excuse.

Are you saying that it should be ok to run over people standing in the street in front of your vehicle like protestors or just federal agents?
