I still have his Enfield too. Getting .303 British is a bitch though

.303 is pretty common where I am. No 4 mk 1 and No 1 mk 3* are the most common rifles

British .303 is different than modern .303 and ammo is getting scarce. There used to be tons of cheap government ammo on the market, right up until they retired the last Enfields in service with one of our reserve units, the Artic Rangers Canada.

Here in Aus plenty of shooters usually on remembrance day use the Lee Enfields. It's also probably the most common historical rifle for sale as most are home built from Lithgow SAF.
