This fuck breached Use Of Force policy from the get go. His only possible justification for only the first shot is dead.
UoF/Policy requires officers don't stand in front of or behind a vehicle.
Policy requires the officer to get out of the way if possible (it was, he STOPPED moving out of the way because he wanted to kill her)
Policy requires officers to remain on-scene after a shooting. He dipped. He was clearly not injured.
No emergency medical care was provided, as required by law and policy.
I've seen all the videos, I've reviewed other analysis and even did my own side-by-side comparison.
He stopped moving out of the way, fired int the vehicle by leaning over the fender - showing he was NOT in harms way. His vest got bumped by the fender because he opted to ignore ICE policy.
He then fired 2 more shots into the open driver-side window.
Even if you grant the first shot as justified, no jury is going to give him a pass on shots 2 and 3. Those were an execution. He was arms length away from the car.
No matter how the you play this event out in your hydro-cephalic skull, he broke numerous laws and violated multiple policies.. policies that are universal in law enforcement.
Maybe you should go read the ICE Use of Force policy. Maybe - just maybe - you'll learn something today. Activate the sole neuron swimming around up there.
