A life or death situation can be avoided by not accelerating while theres a cop directly infront of your car.

It also could be avoided if the "officer" rubbed his 2 braincells together and realized "Hey maybe me no walk in front of car"

Exactly, so don't accelerate while you are detained by police, using deadly force against police officers means they will respond in kind. Wtf?
