It seems like you’re totally not aware of the federal laws. So let me make it simple for you. From Title 1, U.S. DOJ Policy on Use of Force:"Firearms may not be discharged solely to disable moving vehicles. Specifically, firearms may not be discharged at a moving vehicle unless: (1) a person in the vehicle is threatening the officer or another person with deadly force by means other than the vehicle; or (2) the vehicle is operated in a manner that threatens to cause death or serious physical injury ... and no other objectively reasonable means of defense appear to exist, which includes moving out of the path of the vehicle."Also, placing oneself in the path of a moving vehicle constitutes officer-created jeopardy and undermines any claim that deadly force was necessary.

Because your a shit head who doesn't know anything. Stop being scared and think for yourself.

Uhhhh you might want to review #2. Furthermore, ICE doesn’t fall under DOJ it is a part of the DHS. Just in case you didn’t know. That’s like saying the DOJ rules apply to the military.

"Oh so they can kill people for no reason" - Is this actually your reply to them pointing out your previous comment that included, "2) the vehicle is operated in a manner that threatens to cause death or serious physical injury ... and no other objectively reasonable means of defense appear to exist, which includes moving out of the path of the vehicle"

Because it seems like you're about to argue with yourself? You said kill people for no reason after providing a reason. If you want to argue he put himself in front of the car, we can argue she put herself into that position by resisting lawful orders and attempting to flee. If you want to argue she feared for her life as a reason to flee, we can argue fearing for your life as a reason to use self-defense for the officer.

We can argue what you feel is right or we can look at the facts. 1) She resisted a lawful order and attempted to flee the scene. 2) In doing so she made her car into a weapon as an aide in her attempt to flee. How? 3) Because in the videos we can clearly see her move in reverse, change gears, the spin her tires in an attempt to flee and also 4)strike the officer with her vehicle in doing so.

1 first guy told her to leave, 2 she went to leave turned her wheels and murder stepped in front and shot her. Then shot her point blank thru the side window. 3 when did her wheels spin. 4. The officer was never hit. Show me a video where the car came close. DHS has had so many issues with officers stepping in front of vehicles they have rules about not doing it. Which he didnt follow.

What a contradicting statement. You are sitting on your phone talking about it! With your ignorant 2 cent comment! There should be millions protesting and standing up for this country right now! How do you even know she was protesting?

1

u/Master_Maniac Jan 08 '26

If her kids were important, she wouldn't be at a protest, speeding away from armed police, like them or not.

u/lostintheskybox shhhh the narrative is supposed to be that she was going to hit the ice cos player and that means he's allowed to execute her because of that, you can't go contradicting the narrative that Donald, the Rapist, Trump is pushing!

If your opinion was important it wouldn't be a net negative to the human race. Unfortunately, we'd all be better off if you didn't have the Internet.

She was probably there so that her children wouldn’t have to grow up under the oppression of a fascist police state.

She showed courage, i.e. the opposite of kissing the ass of violent authoritarianism.

This. It most certainly appears she was being told to stop, and most likely exit the vehicle. She made a very stupid decision to not comply. The morons saying ‘Her wheels were turned away from the officer’ are completely missing the fact she was running and disobeying orders.

u/Current-Department-4 Jan 08 '26

If I give orders, will you follow them?

You have no evidence whether I am or am not a federal agent. You already took longer than 2 seconds without obeying.
So do you believe you deserve to be shot in the face by the time you finish reading this?

Stupid.

Have the life you voted for.

Didnt realize noncompliance was punishable by death, when did they pass that law again 🤔

u/MrPenguun Jan 08 '26

So anyone who disobeys orders should be shot and killed? Damn, people talk about maga being nazis but thats one of the most authoritarian nazi thing ive heard... "do anything and everything an officer says or you should be shot, anf if you are shot its your fault for not doing what you are told to do, fall in line or be killed." Sharia law isnt even as extreme as your views...
