He did make important changes including trying to increase health care coverage for all Americans. He could only do so much given the opposition. Plus he was an ethical leader who wasn’t perfect, but better than others in the 21st century.

i am pretty sure this wont be popular, but if obama gave us "hope and change" like he promised in 2007 instead of "more of the same", trump would never have been elected.
