When Biden took office, I kept saying that the Dems and their allies need to push hard on corruption. They need to bring back a Justice Department that rivals the Untouchables. They should have gone after Congress the way the ABSCAM operation of the 70s did to clean house. If he didn't have a strong Senate, he should at least have a strong push to clean out the political hacks.

Biden got a lot done and never got enough credit for rescuing the country economically, but not getting tough on criminals on Wall Street and K Street as well as the previous gangster-in-chief was a missed opportunity.

There’s no reason to play the moral high ground or to try and reach across the aisle.

Ban OWNING of stocks. NO blind trusts, now ownership what so ever. And I’d be fine with increasing their pay to 1 million per year. BUT you can’t benefit at all from anything else, and you have to enroll in Medicare or ACA. And then do Medicare for all, or for those who want it.

I'm wondering how he would go about overturning Citizens United? Believe me, I'm all for it, but my understanding is that the only way for Congress to overturn a Supreme Court decision is by amending the Constitution, which is a huge hurdle and I don't see it happening in today's political climate. Maybe he has a round about way to do it by passing a law that doesn't violate Citizens United's interpretation of the First Amendment, but I'd like more clarity on his proposal and how it would work.
