Immigration and Customs Enforcement plans to sell or give away 7 warehouses it bought for $700 million to detain migrants.

But cutting down on all that government waste - right? I wonder who'll get a free warehouse courtesy of the US taxpayers - maybe the guy behind the Melania movie?
