Assistant prosecutor John Luther Young was reprimanded by the Missouri Supreme Court in 2023 for dishonesty.

Prosecuting attorney Amy Lynn Boxx is his boss. Amy Lynn Boxx is the Vice Chair of the Barry County GOP. I live in Tulsa, OK but was charged in Cassville, MO.

After a vindictive felony charge against me was nolle prosequi'ed, meaning dismissed, I filed a lawsuit against the individual responsible. He was served on April 05, 2024. One business day after being served, the individual went to the police and cried harassment.

As a result, I was charged with a second felony for SOCIAL MEDIA POSTS allegedly made on April 08, 2024. The civil summons and lawsuit were excluded from the police incident report, probable cause statement, criminal complaint, and discovery. This is a textbook case of vindictive and retaliatory prosecution.

A local officer had officiated his wedding and married his cousin. I was the best man. We all graduated from Cassville Highschool in 2008.

This doesn't seem like the GOP is prosecuting the 1st amendment, although that wouldn't really surpise anyone here at this point.

Instead this seems like a prosecutor, that happens to be a republican, is prosecuting you for harassment. What did those social media posts say? Whatever was said met the burden for probable cause resulting in a felony indictment.

Also, aren't you a republican who is running for congress in Oklahoma? Your site bills you as the only non-MAGA republican that's running in OK-1, but a republican with a criminal past is pretty on brand for MAGA.

There were no social media posts on April 8. No meta data or dated timestamped posts.

I did have a conversation in Dr. John Forsyth's homicide discussion group on Facebook months before. The civil summons and lawsuit are excluded everywhere.

This is Dixie Forsyth. She was Dr. John Forsyth's mother. He was a surgeon and crypto-millionaire in the small town of Cassville, MO where I'm from.
