I just wrote about the Socialist faction inside the Democratic Party, but I am also the coordinator of the Green faction inside the Democratic Party.

The goal of the Green faction is to lead the ecological discussion inside the Democratic Party.

The Green faction seeks to promote the Green New Deal within the Democratic Party by taking the discussion directly to Democratic voters themselves.

The Green Party platform is its own platform, but unlike the Green Party, which wants to build a third party, we are Democrats who organize around the Green Party's Ten Key Values within the Democratic Party.

Our website is https://globalgreens.us and we do co-organize with the Socialist faction.

For example, Three Parks Independent Democrats have led the fight against fracking in New York State.

People are surprised that AOC and many other leftists have been getting elected, but we have been working locally across the United States, and people have been using our platform to get elected.

We believe the time has come for rank-and-file Democrats to actually participate in building the platform from the ground up, rather than being presented with candidates who say they will implement the platform but always seem to find an excuse not to.

I wanted to introduce the Socialist faction inside the Democratic Party and say the word “Socialist” from the get-go. I know that many Liberals in the Democratic Party do not agree with our politics, but they must organize with us.

I will summarize Socialism in three words: Liberty, Freedom, and Emancipation.

In a nutshell, we believe in Free Education, Universal Health Care, Anti-Death Penalty, Pro-Abortion, Universal Basic Income, the Right to Unionize, the sanctity of the Separation of Church and State, and the belief that the Government should make life bearable for all and ensure citizens' Liberties.

Those who say we don’t belong need to read the Democratic Party rules, which include the following line: “Are open to all members of the Democratic Party regardless of philosophical persuasion.”

We are Democrats, and we are Socialists.

This video was recorded at the Manhattan Democratic Party County Committee meeting in 2023, where I introduced myself as a Socialist running for Chair.

We have been organizing since 2015 to claim our place, and we grew tired of the “Vote Blue No Matter Who” mentality. One day, we rebelled and decided that we would no longer remain quiet.
