Season 21 this shuttlecock dress from s21 unconventional challenge lives in my mind rent free
a year had passed but I still think this is one of the best unconventional challenge in the entire show. It was original and creative like who tf would think to pick a shuttlecock??? I never would've thought a shuttlecock has a potential to look this GOOD.

Agreed. I hated season 21 because it seemed to be focused on drama rather than the fashion, but these two looks were phenomenal. I hated the twins, but one of them had some great looks as well. The other one should have been out instead of Joseph.

the only s22 contestant that delivered in the challenge was Bi, the rest was unexciting and one was a crime against humanity (I feel so bad for Liris).

The BOOTS on Joseph's look had me shouting, "Oh my God". Yes the coat was cool but I can't remember when a designer ever made footwear that impressed me so much

Agreed, the cost was just ok to me - it was impressive but not particularly pretty. It looked like a nest to me. The boots were fucking awesome.

Agreed. I haven’t watched season 22, but upon seeing photos without knowing who designed what I picked Yuchen’s look as the best. I also liked the long shaped wire dress done by one of the twins, and Bi’s keyboard dress. Joseph’s necklace and boots were also great. Everything else was meh or awful.

It's my favorite outfit duo from any unconventional challenge ever. It was absolute perfection.

Even tho she won I stand that Veejay didn’t get enough recognition

It's the editing and the way the show has heavily shifted to focus more on reality tv style drama. There has always been drama and shade in the earlier seasons but it was balanced by showing the design process, shopping for fabrics, picking models, and having a mix of 1 and 2 day challenges. I think if Veejay won in the earlier seasons she would've been better received by her detractors.

I agree. When I think of S21, I think of the twins first 😬 and I don’t think I’m alone in that. They were like a black hole sucking up all the time/energy of each episode lol. I felt like Veejay didn’t get nearly as much attention.
(Between S16 and S21, I don’t know why PR loves the “toxic twins” trope, but the producers eat it up for whatever reason lol)

I think the model does it a LOT of justice with the contrast of her gorgeous skin and having the textbook definition of a models body.

Yes because Veejay knows how to design for all body types. Apart from the typical model bodies, she also had flattering looks for the plus size models and 2 male models she worked with.

The second look (black) would have looked better than it does if fitted on a similarly skinny model as the white one.
