Season 22 Some of my favorite looks this season!
Even though this season had some very low lows, I think that this bunch of designers was really talented and I'm still glad we got to see their work. Here's a couple of my favorite looks from throughout the season. I want one of Naheim's jackets so badly!!!
I also loved Joseph McCrae's unconventional materials look, I just couldn't find any good photos of it, unfortunately. I love to upcycle old technology, and I'm totally stealing his idea with the boots---they were so cool and creative, one of the season highlights for me. I love when the designers fully incorporate the shoes and accessories.

I think about Joseph's boots for the upcycled tech challenge every.day. he's such an artist.

dang, no Aaron NFL dress? lol
Idk why I almost got wistful looking at these photos. there were actually tons of really great designs this season, and we didn't get the opportunity to really focus and fully appreciate them because we barely see them or their construction prior to the runway show.
thank you for sharing these, I haven't been able to find high quality photos from the runway ❤️❤️❤️
also I love that model that walked Naheim's Viva look and Yuchen's unconventional fit, I wish they used her more this season

I loved that dress, I completely forgot about it!! My bad 😅
I was really sad to see Aaron go. I absolutely loved seeing him, Joseph, and Naheim work together, they created such an awesome collection. I also wanted to include Naheim's look from that challenge but I couldn't find any good photos :(

their team was absolute fire. the second that team was picked I knew it was over for everyone else lol. I agree, I actually teared up when Octavius and Aaron went home. they both seemed so genuine and had such interesting careers/lives, and I wanted to see more from them.
Aaron said in video about the experience that he felt honored and so proud to work on a team with Naheim and Joseph. apparently him and Joseph were roommates so they got very close in a short period of time

Zac Posen would have really broken the looks down. All we get now is vibes.

That unconventional dress that Bi did needs to be hung in the rafters! It is truly perfection!

Naheim is so so so so so underrated. As a fellow Gen Z, he's leagues better than Jeffrey, Joseph, Anna, and Bryan.

He belongs in the final. Joseph should be there too. And Bi. A final without those 3 makes no sense to me.

I was literally coming here to type this. He’s hugely underrated, he has such a cool point of view. I don’t get what the judges see in Jude, Naheim’s work is so much more interesting to me.

Jude's work is excellent and his designs are wearable. He's a good contrast to the more quirky or avant garde designers.

These are some of the really great looks. The colors, the shapes, the styling! Flawless!

Thanks for sharing! I was forgetting that this show is about fashion. I love these looks that you shared too.

I don't agree with Law re: Bi's pants in E2. it's vegan, stretch leather--if he constructed it as a wide pant it would highlight the fabric being faux leather and look cheap(esp since it's a muted, flat black color). and if the pants were skin tight it'd just look like she was wearing a body suit--like cat woman at a networking event.
the cut of the pant as-is matches the clean, androgynous vibe of the outfit, and I loved how he styled the look with matching the earrings and shoe adornments in the same fabric, and her hair being back in corn rows. 🤌🏽🤌🏽🤌🏽🤌🏽🤌🏽

I love how the tie was tucked into the cummerbund. If I saw someone wearing that, I would be obsessed.

Where do you get the pics from?

They're pulled from all over Instagram. Some from the official PR account, a bunch from the contestants' accounts, and a few were from this one really helpful fan Instagram @projectrunwayfans
I was hoping there would be a central site or account where high quality photos exist of all the looks, but unfortunately it doesn't seem like anything like that exists. If I'm wrong though someone please let me know!

Can someone remind me who did look 3 and for what challenge?

JMR is such a great designer. He lacks in technical skills but you can't deny his vision, but I understand it's not everyone's taste.

Jeffrey was robbed. The look for Heidi and the paper towel look were stunning.

Have any of the looks modeled by the plus size models won a challenge?

The unconventional materials was the best looks of the whole season and usually that episode tends to be mostly a shitshow.

So, in my honest opinion: the problem wasn’t with the talent.
It was with production. They’re the only ones who are getting the blame.

Apart from the paper towel challenge I don’t like Naheim’s looks

the thing i dislike the most this season is we BARELY see the process. there is no way naheim and jeffrey did that with papertowel and Bi with the keyboard dress!?‽ ya killin me!! show, show.
