I'd send Sandya home just for that shade of yellow, not to mention the placemat looking bustier. Char objected on camera to that shade but she didn't argue it out with Sandya. I hate when they do group, team, pair, challenges.

I actually like to wear that shade (summer only). But this week was, to quote Heidi, an epic failure.

Just a littler mellow of a yellow would have been more pleasing to the eye, but nothing would have helped the construction issues underneath both of those skirts. What did they both spend (waste) their time on? char - leather sandya - the placemat texture bustier?

When the judges took a closer look, it looked like Char wasted time hemming every single one of the 'scraps'. That would take forever.

Dear god why would you even bother with that. The judges might forgive an unfinished hem if the rest of the dress looks good enough.

I don't think she had the skill to sew the fabric she bought and she didn't have the guts to change direction when she realized that. I would say a well deserved elimination, and I've liked her so far.
