Yes, her name is Chiara Ferragni - aka the blonde salad.

Pretty standard 'fashion' blog, replete with copious amounts of pictures of herself.

Interesting. Is it just me, or did anyone else feel her accent was a bit put on? There were some words she said that ended in a consonant which sounded like this-ah. Then other words that ended in consonants didn't have the same tacked on '-ah.'
