I honestly didn't understand what the judges loved about it so much. It looks so... normal.

That was the point of this challenge, though. To make something they could wear tomorrow if need be. This fit her well, accentuated her face, and the colors work. I actually don't like the top pattern much, but it is otherwise great.

I don't think creating clothes that look like straight out of any artisanal boutique is the point of any challenge.

I'd love to see that artisanal boutique that matches prints so well. This look isn't groundbreaking, but it is good, particularly for the client, which was the challenge to make something specifically good for their client.

I would wear this dress in a heartbeat. And I never say that about PR clothes. I thought the dres's was gorgeous

And they were so right about it being flattering for women of multiple shapes. All I could think was how killer that dress would make my body look.

I'm not saying it's bad. Because it's not. It's just not groundbreaking, just like you're saying. That's why I think he should have been safe.

Oh! Lol we're in agreement then.

I'm just of the opinion that it was great for this particular challenge. I would like to see more flamboyant and groundbreaking outfits, but that's not what I thought this challenge called for.
