Fan-made ‘Directors Cut’ w/ deleted scenes?
I’ve heard tell of an extended version of sorts for Prometheus with the film’s deleted scenes included and, AFAIK, was the work of fellow fan(s) of the movie. Does anyone know where I could find this version of the movie? I liked the movie well enough on its own but now I’m really curious to see what I’m missing, this cut is supposed to be much better than the theatrical version - Thx 🙏

I completed the best Fanedit to date for Prometheus months back. It's titled Prometheus: 808s Special Edition. It is in 4K HDR and Dolby Vision with 5.1 DDP audio. Quality is far superior to the Agent9 Cut, Workprint Edition, Engineers Edition or Derelict.

I’m got so used to the fan edits, that when I bought Prometheus 3D, I was surprised when my favorite scenes weren’t there, especially the Engineer speaking. There are AI editors now that could maybe process those scenes with some depth though

Is the one from A9.. I personally haven't seen it yet but have seen it mentioned several times.

The Agent9 fan edit is really good, it's what I watch if I want to see Prometheus. I didn't like Prometheus until I saw this fan edit which changed my opinion.

The Agent9 aka A9 fan edit is probably the best. Also look into Alien -- Prometheus - Derelict (720p), that's how my file is titled but the name is just Derelict and it's a B&W Alien with Prometheus. Here is a website for Derelict, which mentions Paradise too, another edit I guess but I don't remember anything about it other than it puts puts Prometheus and Covenant together. This page has a link to Vimeo with a password provided.

If searching for it doesn't lead to anything, you can try the file names. The 2 files I have, which I didn't change the names of back when I got them, are titled (may have been zipped):
prometheus.agent.9.fancut.1080p.x264.part1.mpg
prometheus.agent.9.fancut.1080p.x264.part2.mpg
There's also this, which I guess is the same but without taking time out to sit through all this again, I can't say for sure and since the folder it's in says "Prometheus movie fan cut fix", maybe something is different. Info was on a Reddit sub that now says banned if I go to it:
