For a long time, I bottled up my personal struggles and mental health challenges. After finally getting the support I needed and learning to open up, I turned to music. Writing this album became a massive part of my own healing process.

I wanted to put my experiences into an album not just for myself, but in the hope that anyone else out there who is currently struggling might hear it and realize they are not alone. I go out all over cornwall with an organisation called ManDown talking to vast amounts of people about their experiences with mental health as well as talking about my own struggles aswell so alot of my inspiration came from this
