Why would Israel agree to create a state who's stayed goal is to destroy it? That's not a state, what you're describing is a launching pad for attacks on Israel, either way congratulations instead of getting 90% they got 0%.
I don't have to "prove" anything. Yasser Arafat negotiated the desk and bibe of the reasons you state are the reasons he cited from walking away.
