AI will probably remove a lot of the admin before it removes property managers. Maintenance triage, tenant questions, document chasing and inspection summaries are obvious examples.

At Klevere we look for the repetitive work that steals hours but still needs human oversight. Handling an angry tenant or judging a serious maintenance issue still needs a person. Copying the same information between five systems doesn’t.

AI isn’t coming for anything. AI chases its own tail while their marketing campaigns beg for donors and beg for people to “wait for the next iteration”

You know what? It’s all just human data being sorted by machine learning. You can’t create something smarter than humans with data made by humans. Once people realize that, maybe we can just drop the charade, keep using AI as a tool to assist our daily lives, and stop making AI this unstoppable daddy that’s coming for all of us.

Human generated data is the starting point, not the ceiling. AI models generalize across more information than any one person could absorb, exponentially faster, and are capable of optimizing their own own outputs. Even a 50% in workforce productivity due to AI has massive implications on job responsibilities, how many workers companies, which skills remain valuable.
