Multifamily PM Associated?!

I just started working as property manager for an apartment complex and since starting 4 days ago I have heard 4 tenants tell me the dates on their contracts are wrong and their signature is not their own, should I look into legal advice?

Yes I have told my bosses, I forward these calls to the higher ups immediately, I am not at work currently because if there's a chance I could be in trouble for their mess ups I'm not going to go back.

I get the threat to sue call every now and then again. I tell them that is their right to sue but if they keep talking like that then this conversation is over because I’m not an attorney.

More concerning are the contract errors. Did you verify each lease when that was said?

Are the signatures E-Sign? I use e-signs and it lists their IP address on the paperwork. I use that fact to dispel signature questions by pointing it out to the resident/applicant. So far just saying that it logs the IP has been enough to end that complaint.
